 More and more people are becoming interested in microwave dangers and if microwave ovens are safe to cook your food in? The question is whether or not it is practical and safe to bombard your food in a microwave oven.Have you ever considered whether or not there were any health risks or microwave dangers associated with using microwave technology? Too many people are completely oblivious to the damaging effects on our health for the convenience of quick and easy!

 Did you know that microwave ovens were banned in the Soviet Union in 1976? Everybody has one, so they must be Ok, right? I mean, were protected from technology that might be harmful to our health… I bet you've heard that one before somewhere...

 So the question is, what are microwave dangers? What could be so wrong? To keep it fairly simple I will try and explain how microwave ovens work.

 They are a form of electromagnetic energy. Electromagnetic energy is just a natural force arising from the interactions of charged particles. Pretty simple being that just about everything, including our own bodies, are a constantly moving, vibrating dance between molecules...

 Microwaves are short waves of electromagnetic energy that travel at the speed of light; (186,000 miles per second) that's pretty fast! In this modern age they are also used to relay long distance phone signals, computer information and television programs around the world or to satellites in space. Powerful stuff!

 All microwaves contain a magnetron, it's a tube where electrons are excited by magnetic or electric fields producing micro wavelength radiation. Stay with me and keep reading please...It's almost over.

 Wave energy rotates polarity from positive to negative with each wave cycle! That just means it changes back and forth. Alright, enough of the high tech stuff. This does get a little easier to understand, I'll try and keep it short and sweet. You really need to try and understand a small part of this so you can draw at least a somewhat educated conclusion for yourself! This might be a clue to microwave dangers...

  It's interesting that in 1992 a European food scientist and a European university professor were issued a gag order by the Swiss association of dealers for electro-apparatuses for households and industry. Their research documented the health effects on food radiated in microwave ovens.

 Their scientific conclusions were that microwave cooking changed the nutrient structure of the food. As the microwaves bombarded the food, they caused the molecules in the food to rotate at a frequency millions of times a second. That's hard to get your head around, I can't even do one thing in a second, ok maybe a couple. This creates molecular friction, which in turn, heats up your food, simple, right? It only sounds confusing with all the big scary words...

 The problem is that this friction distorts the molecules of whatever is in its way so violently, it often tears them apart or forcefully deforms them, another word for making them look funny. The microwave oven changes and decays the molecular structure of the food by this process of radiation. If we were keeping it real, they should have been marketed as radiation ovens instead of microwaves, but then, who would buy one?

 The Germans originally developed microwave oven technology during world war II. After the war, documents and ovens were transferred to the war department of the U.S. for further research. The Soviets also obtained some of this microwave oven technology and did thorough research on their biological effects.

 They issued international warnings on the hazards to our health, environmental and biological, from these microwave ovens & similar frequency type electronic devices. Apparently other European scientists issued reports on their harmful effects and set up strict environmental limits on their usage! Microwave dangers were threatening a major new, profitable market!

 In a book by Dr. Lita Lee, she states that every microwave oven leaks electromagnetic radiation, harms food, and changes substances cooked in them into organ toxic and carcinogenic compounds! The question is starting to answer itself, are microwave ovens safe and are there any microwave dangers? Hmmmm, lets continue...

  The investigations by the Russians strongly confirmed that carcinogens were formed in "all" foods tested, not just a random few, all! None of the foods tested were subjected to more radiation than was necessary to accomplish its intended purpose...

 In other words, they set normal time limits to heat various foods, accordingly. Microwaved meat caused the formation of carcinogens, microwaved cereal grains & milk converted some of the amino acids into carcinogens, thawing frozen fruits produced carcinogenic substances, light exposure of frozen vegetables changed the plant alkaloids into carcinogens! You choose what you believe. I'm just telling you the results of their research...

 The Russian researchers also documented acceleration of structural degradation leading to decreased food values from 60-90% in all the foods they tested! That just means that microwaves do a pretty good job of destroying any nutrition that may have found its way into your refined, frozen, whatever you call food.

 They also did research on workers exposed to microwaves in the 50's during the development of radar and discovered highly serious health problems! It was known as microwave sickness. The manifestations were chronic excitation of the sympathetic nervous system along with blood pressure irregularities.

 This often included dizziness, headaches, eye pain, irritability, anxiety, sleeplessness, nervous tension, inability to concentrate, stomach pain, reproductive problems, cataracts, hair loss & increased incidence of appendicitis and cancer!!! This all sounds like a good definition of microwave dangers to me...

 Eventually the symptoms, being chronic, were succeeded by ischemic heart disease, crisis of adrenal exhaustion and heart attacks. Apparently the rates of certain diseases were increased by the frequency of use of microwaved foods!

 Observations in the blood showed increased rates of cancer cell formation, lymphatic disorders, increases in rates of intestinal and stomach cancers, a gradual breakdown of the systems of elimination and a much higher rate of digestive disorders!

 How about that quick and easy? It's amazing to me that after learning about the microwave dangers, it typically does nothing to dissuade people from their quick and easy routines. It's a way of life, right? Just deal with the cancer or whatever when it gets here, right?

 There was a lawsuit in an Oklahoma hospital in 1991. Apparently a woman died from a simple blood transfusion. She was a hip surgery patient and needed blood. Later reports confirmed that the nurse had warmed the blood in a microwave oven. Something happened to that blood in the microwave!

 Since the body is electrochemical in nature, any type of force that disturbs or changes the human electrochemical balance will affect the physiology of the body.

 Russian research discovered that the body did not even have to physically ingest the microwaved food substance, that simple exposure to the energy field alone caused such adverse side effects that their use was forbidden in 1976 by Soviet state law!

 Further research proved a breakdown of the human life energy field, degeneration & destabilization of internal cell membranes, degeneration & breakdown of electrical nerve circuits, long lasting residual effects in the lymphatic and nervous systems from magnetic deposits, also brainwave disturbances and too many more to list that just get way more confusing! To summarize, it just messes you up down the road. You must be starving by now, it just takes a minute!

 The brainwave disturbances created negative psychological effects including; suppressed emotional threshold, a loss in the ability to concentrate, loss of memory, interrupted sleep disturbances, a decline in intellectual processes, loss of balance, a breakdown of nerve related electrical circuits controlling consciousness & a destabilization and interruption in the maintenance and production of hormonal balance in both male and female subjects…Do you suffer from any of these microwave dangers?

 Some of the biggest reasons for not using your beloved microwave oven would be; female & male production of hormones are altered or completely shut down by continuous use, the body cannot break down the unknown by-products from microwaved food & the effects of these by-products are residual. Meaning a long term manifestation...

 The nutrients in vegetables are transformed into cancerous free radicals, altered compounds that the body cannot break down. Foods heated in microwave ovens can cause serious stomach & intestinal tumors, alterations in blood serum and lymph glands from immune system deficiencies. Just the neurological & nervous system disorders alone should at least give you pause long enough to reconsider how you heat your food…

 I'm really not trying to confuse you, I just want you to hopefully make some sense out of this frightening information and make a conscious, well educated decision. Are microwave ovens safe? Are there microwave dangers? I mean what reason would these researchers (and countries) have to lie?

 Could it all be true? It makes sense. Hasn't your mother or grandmother refused to cook their specialty dishes in the microwave because they say it just doesn't taste the same, or taste good, or the consistency is a bit off...

 I'm going to trust the research, but for those of you that think science is bogus, ponder the intellectual, trust the gut instincts of your mother and grandmother. It wouldn't be the first time they're intuition was spot on...

 Radiation poisoning is not only an issue from the use of microwave ovens but a reality of the environment we live in, cell phones, computers, satellite TV, electronic books etc. On a larger scale, think of how many nuclear bombs have been detonated worldwide, above ground, underground and in our upper atmosphere. Most of this massive nuclear testing has been going on since the 1950's! We should reconsider microwave dangers and remove the ones we can...

 It causes a whole host of diseases. It really doesn't take that much longer to heat your food conventionally, remember that old standby fire? It really still works pretty good and it's pretty fast!

 We need to reclaim every chance we have for better health! Seems like the smart choice to just remove the potentials, the quick and easy, and hang out with what you know is safe. Fire! Its not just for breakfast anymore...
